Yes, we offer shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ?
We provide free shipping on orders over $80 USD. For orders below that amount, a flat rate of $10 will be applied. Due to the recent increase in import costs to the U.S., we're sorry to share that we can no longer offer free shipping to the United States.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Reach out to our customer service team at info.floralhook@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number, product photos and the reason for the return.
  3. We’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions.

Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not correct.
